This practical workshop helps account managers better understand themselves, better understand their clients, and sell in a way that aligns with how their buyers think, decide, and engage. Using Extended DISC, participants first build self-awareness around their own communication and selling style. Then they learn how to read client behaviour, uncover buying needs, and adapt their approach to create stronger commercial conversations.
From there, we work through my Key Account Manager Worksheet — a hands-on framework that helps participants identify opportunities across both existing accounts and new business prospects. This is where the shift happens. Teams stop guessing, start asking better questions, and uncover real growth potential that was already sitting in front of them.

This workshop begins with Extended DISC, helping participants understand their own communication style, sales preferences, and the habits that either help or hinder them in sales conversations. Once they understand themselves, they learn how to better connect with different buyer types and build trust more quickly.
From there, we move into the core strategies and structure of confident selling. Participants learn how to approach sales conversations with more clarity, ask better questions, handle objections more effectively, and guide the conversation without sounding scripted or pushy.
