In this session, you’ll uncover where hesitation shows up in your selling style, how your Sales Energy Matrix™ style can lose momentum under pressure, and how to interrupt the pattern before it costs you income, visibility or opportunity.

July is about getting stronger in the moments where money, value and asking meet.
Many women are brilliant at service, relationships and delivery, but hesitate when it’s time to talk price, follow up, negotiate, close, or ask for the bigger opportunity.
This month helps you stop leaking value and start owning it.
Live Training 1: If You Avoid Talking About Money, You Cap How Much You Can Make
Money conversations can feel awkward, but avoiding them quietly limits your income, sales and opportunities.
In this session, you’ll learn how avoidance shows up in pricing, discounting, commission, scope and over-servicing, and how to speak about money with more certainty.
Live Training 2: The Confident Ask
The ask is where a lot of women lose momentum.
In this session, you’ll learn how to ask for the sale, the meeting, the referral, the next step, the bigger opportunity, or the money without feeling pushy, needy or apologetic.
You’ll also learn the difference between pressure and leadership, so you can guide the conversation with more confidence.
Coaching Hours Focus
Bring the money conversations and asks you’re preparing for or avoiding.
That might be a pricing conversation, proposal, follow-up message, negotiation, delayed client, bigger opportunity, or a situation where you’re over-servicing or undercharging.

14 years ago another amazing friend Jody Jelas and I were on a mission to help women build strong businesses and we created an online and digital program (so early in the game!!!). We loved running events between Auckland and Sydney and we had so much fun coming up with name….

Who is Women In Sales Membership for?
Women In Sales Membership is for women who sell, influence, lead, manage clients, build relationships, grow accounts, run businesses or create commercial outcomes.
You may be in a formal sales role, account management, business development, leadership, consulting, service, retail, corporate, small business or your own business.
If your ability to communicate value, build trust, influence decisions and create outcomes matters, this membership is for you.
Do I need to be in a traditional sales role?
No. Many women sell every day without having “sales” in their job title.
You may sell ideas, services, solutions, products, partnerships, projects, your expertise or your leadership. If you need to influence, communicate value, ask for decisions or create commercial outcomes, the skills inside this membership will support you.
What is the Women In Sales Launchpad?
The Launchpad is your starting point inside the membership. It helps you get clear on your sales identity, self-belief, natural selling style, blind spots, goals and 30-day priorities.
No matter when you join, you begin with the Launchpad so you have a clear foundation before moving into the monthly trainings and coaching.
Is this more sales training or mindset coaching?
It is both. Sales skills without confidence often do not get used.
Mindset without practical sales language and structure can feel inspiring, but not always useful.
This membership brings together mindset, strategy, skill, language and support so you can shift both how you think and how you sell.
Why is there a limited intake each month?
The membership is intentionally designed to maintain quality, connection and support.
By limiting the number of new members each month, we can create a stronger experience for the women joining and ensure the space remains valuable, focused and high quality.
We only open up for new members the first week of every month then it’s a waiting list.
How much is the membership?
The monthly membership is $299 AUD per month.
The annual membership is $3,300 AUD upfront (Save $288) Plus receive a 1:1 Coaching session valued at $500
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes.
You may cancel your monthly/annual membership anytime. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do I have to attend everything live? Are they recorded?
Live attendance is recommended because you will get the most value from being in the zoom room, asking questions and being part of the conversation.
However, the membership is designed to support you even if you cannot attend every virtual session live. Yes, training sessions will be recorded so members can catch up if they cannot attend live.
What happens in the live training calls?
Each month includes two live training calls Friday 8am AEST and they focused on a specific sales growth theme.
These sessions include practical frameworks, examples, language, discussion and clear actions you can apply straight away.
The goal is not just information. The goal is implementation.
What are the weekly coaching hours?
Weekly coaching hours are live each Monday at 1pm AEST. These support sessions where you can bring questions, challenges, sales situations or opportunities you want help with.
You might bring a follow-up message, a proposal, a sales conversation, a pricing concern, a confidence block, an objection or a bigger opportunity you want to go after.
These sessions are designed to help you move faster and stay in momentum.
