Recently my organisation engaged Yvonne Hilsz, to run a workshop at our national sales conference, dedicated to helping our Sales staff in understanding their personal areas of strength, areas for development, and strategies for adopting a positive mindset in the challenging environment of selling. Prior to the session delivery, Yvonne conducted a briefing session with the leadership team to understand our objectives, and reached out to the entire Sales organisation via a survey – designed to understand their self-perceived areas of need in terms of their skill levels and confidence.
The virtual workshop was very engaging, and Yvonne delivered it with passion and precision. Yvonne introduced a number of concepts to the group based on the themes of need she picked up through the survey, designed to help the team to look at situations differently, and adapt the most constructive mindsets to achieve in the Sales role . The workshop was very well received, and some pearls of wisdom that Yvonne shared with the group have been embraced by the team and have become part of our new vernacular.
Finally, Yvonne ran the leadership team through a follow-up session, in which she provided us with topline themes of what came out of the initial surveys.
